Abstract

|
Quadrifid pelvis is a very rare conlrenital anomaly of the kidney. We experienced a quadrifid pelvis in 38 years old housewife, so report with the review of related literatures. She had been suffered from the recurrent rigbt flank dull pain and urinary frequency, so under the diagnosis of quadrifid pelvis with atrophic kidney, she was treated with the right nephrectomy successfully.
